Vtg Grenier Boned OB Girdle Side Closure Metal Garters 32 +Stockings + Free Ship
(Vintage nylon stockings description below). I have for your consideration a vintage 1960s, Grenier, open bottom girdle in size 32 and color white. This girdle features a long hooks & eye closure on the front side, floral brocade style non stretch panels front and back and, elastic net panels on each side.
There are 4 adjustable heavy duty metal garters attached to elastic straps and 7 boning elements to keep your curves in strict control. Collectors item, new and never worn, a part from Sally of course. I took it out of my lovely underlovelies vault.
Label inside got sewn a little to short in the seam but I could read the following. Body 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton, Side panel, viscose, rubber, nylon. I took measurements of girdle laying flat and unstretched to give you an idea of this size 32. Waist band is 15'' from side to side. Length from top waist band to bottom of hem is 15'' Bottom hem width is 19'' from side to side.
Side seam is 13.5'' Long. VINTAGE CONDITION is great for the age, with no signs of wear, still very strong and firm materials. No visible holes, rips, runs, or stains to be found.
Could be dusty from age and storage. Nylon stockings are new in original package. Looks like new to me!
