HAS 4 GARTERS WITH METAL CLIPS. APPROX MEAS-LYING FLAT ACROSS THE TOP IT IS 10" TO 10.5" AND ACROSS BOTTOM IT IS 11.5" TO 12". LENGTH IS 8 NOT INCLUDING THE GARTERS. CONDITION-ONE OF THE BOTTOM HOOKS IS MISSING (SEE PIC). HAS HORIZONTAL STRESS TEARS (SEE PICS).
