ITEM : Vintage 1950s open bottom girdle with garters. Made in the USA by Flexnit.
Satin and tummy panel with floral lace trim. Body elastics are 85% Rayon and 15% Rubber. Front section is 55% Acetate, 35% Cotton and 10% Rubber. Unstretched, laying flat, the waist measures 19.
Laying flat, outer leg length is 7.5. CONDITION : Vintage new old stock / Deadstock without the tags.Garter straps have light rust marks, and there is a small rust mark at the back waist. Maybe you can lift them out with a soak? Please look at all photos as they are part of the condition description. May (OR MAY NOT) find a minor, tiny / very small sized, faint age related mark here or there which is not uncommon for garments of this age. These marks will typically lift out with a proper laundering and/or light soak in an Oxyclean or light bleach solution.
